P-106 PCTFE Grease Heat-Resistant for Industrial and semiconductor

Description

Working Temperature: -30 to 260℃
Packaging: 1KG, 20KG
Type: PCTFE heat-resistant grease, polytrifluorochloroethylene lubricant, corrosion protection grease, non-flammable grease, chemical-resistant sealing grease. P-106, formulated with a polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFE) base oil and specialized additives for enhanced heat resistance and corrosion protection, this product is a high-quality, long-lasting, multi-purpose lubricating and sealing grease. It is a silicone-thickened polytrifluorochloroethylene grease designed for use in environments with highly oxidizing and other corrosive chemicals.

Characteristics

- Excellent extreme pressure resistance, wear protection, and anti-scuffing properties; low vapor pressure and slow evaporation rate.
- Exceptional thermal stability and oxidation resistance, with no gum or carbon deposits.
- Non-flammable (does not burn even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen).
- Resistant to most organic solvents, acids, bases, and other highly corrosive chemical media.
- Superior water washout resistance.
- Chemically inert, with good compatibility with plastics, rubber, and other non-metallic and metallic materials.

Applications

- Chemical industry; electronics/semiconductor industry; oxygen industry; automotive manufacturing. Suitable for lubricating oxygen equipment and valves, diving gear, pistons, and glass connections in laboratories.
- Inert lubricant for the pulp and paper industry. Used as inert vacuum pump oil for plasma etching, chemical vapor deposition equipment, and other demanding vacuum applications.
- Non-flammable lubricants and hydraulic fluids for the nuclear industry, free from protons.
- Suitable for valves, seals, and gears exposed to liquids, oxidizing agents, or corrosive chemicals, and can also serve as piston grease in laboratories.
